Cowardly, Indian Glibertarian Blogger Does Fraudulent Hit Piece on Journalist, but Misses Mark and Gets Caught

Lila Rajiva describes herself as a “web activist and freelance journalist”

By Nicholas Stix

On December 23, 2013, I linked to a brilliant exposé by Federale from the previous day, “The Indian Diplomat and the Housekeeper: The Lies Aliens Tell.”

While googling today to see who had recently mentioned my work, I found a fraudulent hit piece by a blogger named Lila Rajiva, who is a (presumably high-caste) female, Indian glibertarian, at something called The Mind-Body Politic:

“Stix and Stones: US Propaganda on the Diplomat Story.”
….
At Vdare, Nicholas Stix writes:….
STIX:

And in its irrationality, Hindu India has gravely threatened U.S. diplomatic personnel by withdrawing security around the American Embassy in New Delhi.

Lila: Hinduism has the most highly developed and varied philosophical systems, next to which Western philosophies are actually very limited and unsatisfactory. And security was never withdrawn from the embassy. Some additional traffic barriers were removed. Security was in fact stepped up.

Rajiva’s first problem is that I never wrote any such thing. That’s a disqualification, right there. But she knows that. Secondly, she is either completely unfamiliar with Christianity, or a liar. (But I repeat myself.) Thirdly, her statement about American Embassy security is ludicrous. Traffic barriers are the most fundamental security provision against car bombers. There’s no way that you could remove them, while “stepp[ing] up” security. And fourth, her claim that defendant Devyani Khobragade “had been granted full immunity because of accreditation to the UN, for which she’d applied and which she then forgot about,” violates the First Law of Lying—
Plausibility. If you believe that, I have a great deal for you on a slightly used bridge.

Khobragade was a consular official. Having full diplomatic immunity is a matter of life and death.

Rajiva also makes many other specific criticisms of me, charging me with having misrepresented the reality of cavity searches by federal officers of foreign personnel, which she asserts are routine.

Lyin’ Lila could only have come up with the many quotes that she falsely attributes to me, by having gone to VDARE, and read Federale’s exposé. I had only copied and pasted the first two paragraphs, as a teaser. Most of her quotes are from later in the exposé. Lying about authorship already exposes her as completely lacking in intellectual integrity.

But it gets better: She refused to link to me, in order to keep her readers from discovering her subterfuge.

She also appears to have left a couple of stupid, anonymous comments at my blog two days before posting her fraudulent hit piece, among other things, attacking me for referring to Hinduism as “polytheistic”: “Hinduism is not polytheism anymore than the existence of saints and icons makes Christianity polytheistic.”

The article is ignorant.

The diplomat is a lower caste girl, one of the beneficiaries of a vast system of affirmative action India put into place to redress wrongs done to Dalits. Most of the high-caste people you are ranting about are writing your software and running companies in Silicon Valley,

The whole thing was a Soros funded color revolution type psyop run by a well-funded NGO that is funded by the USG, so it is a blatant conflict of interest. [N.S.: I added the link.]

The diplomatic officer who circumvented the Indian judiciary should have been arrested in India.

Every fact you've stated is wrong. Standard strip procedures do indeed involve inspection of the body cavities, since 2012, when the Supreme Court ratified it.

Have you ever read the Upanishads or the Vedas? Hinduism is not polytheism anymore than the existence of saints and icons makes Christianity polytheistic.

Your blog is simply ignorant.

The diplomat was a low caste woman, not high caste. She is the product of wide-spread affirmative action to help Dalits or lower castes, a restitution policy far greater than anything done by the US for blacks.

The charges were brought by a Soros backed NGO of the kind that instigated color revolutions.

They are legally untenable both because of the Vienna Convention (which you have got wrong), and because people on an official visa from a democratic country (the maid) cannot by definition be trafficked The whole thing was a ploy for the maid to emigrate.
Meanwhile, Bharaa is well-known to be a fixer, chosen specially to make Indians the patsy of a financial crisis caused by money printing and mortgage fraud that wasn't the fault of Indians, but whites.

As for your ignorance about Hinduism, you might try the Upanishads and Vedas...Emerson, Schopenhauer, Oppenheimer, Twain, or a million other people on the subject. Hinduism is no more polytheistic than icon-ridden Christianity is.

No one cares about your "daring" racism but your ignorance is appalling.

Is it possible that Lyin’ Lila was not the author of the two foregoing cowardly comments? Yes, but only say, a one-in-a-million chance. She can deny writing them, but as I have shown, she has a credibility problem. (Update: Not even a one-in-a-million chance. the comments were variations on those she signed here. And so, she made a point of not logging in at my blog, in a pathetic attempt at hiding her identity.)

Thus, even if I didn’t count the anonymous coward’s comments as hers, we have here someone who lied about the authorship of an article, and refused to link to it, in order to hide her lie. Given Lyin’ Lila’s complete lack of credibility, I would be a fool to give her the benefit of the doubt on issues like cavity searches (or the correct time of day), versus Federale, who is one of the most important immigration writers today, and who has personal experience of the legal issues on which he writes, neither of which is the case with Lyin’ Lila. Besides, it’s not my article.

But why was it so important to Lyin’ Lila to defame me? After all, prior to today, I didn’t know her from Adam. And didn’t she realize she’d get caught?

On December 26, I had written a brief blog item on leftwing glibertarians, Marxists who seek to pass themselves off as libertarians, of which, according to this collection of supportive book blurbs by the likes of academic fraud and al Qaeda fan Ward Churchill, she is apparently one.

And while Federale is a much more important writer on immigration than I am, unlike yours truly, he is not generally considered a journalist. I suppose that Lyin’ Lila Rajiva considered it a bigger coup for her side to hurt me, than to attack Federale directly, with the ultimate prize being of hurting VDARE.

Several years ago, I started work on what I envisioned as a major manuscript on glibertarianism, only to find myself faced with the alternative of continuing with the ms., or getting root canal surgery. It was a no-brainer—root canal, here I come!

While I have the greatest respect for real libertarians, such as Thomas Woods, Ilana Mercer, and Ex-Army, very few of the people today calling themselves “libertarians” believe in that philosophy.

Thanks for the vigorous defense. With regard to one of Lyin’ Lila's claims. I have also read that Khobragade was of the 4th Caste in the Caste system, e.g. a Shudra. If this is true, it is not much relevant, as the Shudra are not untouchables, but the lowest recognized caste, but still part of Hinduism. Of course, what Lyin' Lila does not mention is that lower castes can climb the caste system. It is called by sociologists as Sanscritization. That is the process by which lower castes adopt higher caste rituals and behaviors, then claim higher caste status. Under the Mogul Empire, the Muslim Emperor was the judge of this process, while today it is generally a public relations activity where members of lower castes claim that they are really and truely higher caste by pointing out that they act and worship like higher castes.

However, the principle that an outcaste, an American, touching a caste Hindu pollutes them stands, even for lower castes. Remember the principle in Hinduism is that outcastes, untouchables, and foreigners are polluting to caste Hindus.

In the end though, Lyin' Lila's ridiculuness is obvious from her claim that Hinduism is not polytheism. Even neo-pagan Muslims who worship the moon-god Al-Ilah correctly identify Hindus as polytheists. Or just ask Shiva, Brahama, Ganesh, Vishnu, Krishna, Rama, Shakta, Kali, etc.

And if I remember my Vedas correctly, there was a major war between monkeys and the gods. Not sure how much that is different from Zeus raping the mothers of Heracles, Achilles, and Helen. This is not to say that there are no pagan philosphers, but as far as religion is concerned, paganism is paganism.

And for the record, India recognized that Khobragade had only consular immunity, not diplomatic immunity, by having her transferred to a diplomatic position from a consular position. The United States recognized the transfer, but immiediate expelled Khobragade. The U.S. also stated that the arrest warrant was still open and valid. So Khobragade can no longer be assigned as a diplomat to most countries, except those that don't have an extradition treaty with the U.S. and will ignore an Interpol Red Notice. Basically her career is limited to domestic assignement in India and to some Third World assignments. Not presigious ones to Western Countries where her U.S. citizen husband and children want to go to. I doubt if hubby and kids will follow her to Chad or Sri Lanka.

Actually you remember it incorrectly as there is no monkey god war in the Vedas. There is a war between Vanaras(tribals dressed as monkeys later confused as monkey) led by incarnation of Vishnu Rama and demon king Ravana.

And it features in the Ramayana, not the Vedas.

Don't know what your point was but if you have to be snarky its best to get your facts straight

For those do understand Hinduism sorry neither you nor Mr Stix or Lila(who is a Christian) qualify, polytheism and monotheism really have no meaning and relevance as those terms belong to a Graeco Roman and Biblical mindset.

This is very different from Vedic understanding of the universe and the dieties who are used to map various aspects of nature and the more abstract

For the record I am not a fan of Lila. She is a wild eyed paranoid anti semitic bimbo who stopped making sense a long time.
She is often sound on economics and did solid work on the British empire in India but everything else is just hysteria.
