Chicago: Black Muggers Beat Black WWII Vet, Porter B. Cross, Almost to Death for Sport, as if He were White; was This a Case of Mistaken Racial ID?

“Suspects Michael Protho, 17 (left), and Rashon Williams, 20 (right), are both accused of beating and robbing an 87-year-old World War II veteran in Chicago Lawn on July 30, 2012. A 15-year-old boy, not pictured, is also charged in the attack. (Credit: Chicago Police)” Note how Protho holds his head up high, thrusts out his jaw, and flares his nostrils in pride, and to look as fearsome as possible. At 17, whatever the media will or will not release about his juvy record, he wants the world to know that he is already a veteran super-predator.

"Normal" Savagery?

Since the 1960s, millions of black parents have raised their children to be ultra-violent predators, and to focus on harming whites, with the proportion of said black parent population rising each year. The black supremacist dream, as enunciated by the likes of Frances Cress Welsing and the late Amos N. Wilson, is for blacks to torture and slaughter only whites and Asians (Welsing and Wilson did not discuss Hispanics in the writings I’ve read). The problem is that when you raise savages, you get savages, and savages harm everyone.

And this is not an “underclass” thing. The most respectable-looking black women of all social classes aggressively support such murderous racism.

In the CBS Chicago video below, black reporter Derrick Blakley (about 54) and black news reader Jim Williams (about 50), grew up near the victim’s West Englewood neighborhood, talk about the “unwritten code” of their youth.

Jim Williams: “There was an unwritten code, even among the criminals, that you don’t pick on older people.

Derrick Blakley: “Those days are gone, that code is gone.”

That “unwritten code” prohibited attacking old black people, not “old people” in general. If anything, it promoted attacking old whites. During the 1960s, when Blakley and Williams were both toddlers, blacks in cities across the nation began terrorizing old whites.

An Alternate Hypothesis

By the way, many readers have taken Mr. Cross for white. He is a very light-skinned “black,” clearly a mulatto. Due to his attackers having destroyed his dentures and caused him great chin and jaw pain, he can barely speak, but if you listen closely, you will hear a black accent, and he has kinky white hair. His daughter is also clearly black, so I’m guessing he married a darker-skinned woman (who has surely died).

CBS Chicago’s Jim Williams emphasized that two of the suspects weren’t even from Chicago, but rather from the suburb of Calumet City.

This had me wondering. Had the attackers possibly gone to West Englewood, as black racists routinely do, in search of whites and Asians to victimize, and mistaken Mr. Cross for “white”?

A look at the area’s demographics dispelled that assumption.

Races in zip code 60636:

Black 97.5%
Hispanic 1.2%
Multiple 0.6%
Native Hawaiian (0%)
Other 0.1%
White 0.5%
American Indian 0%
Asian 0.1%

That doesn’t preclude, however, that the attackers were in West Englewood for non-race war reasons, and mistook Mr. Cross for white. However, it does raise questions about the intelligence of Mr. Cross’ daughter, who said she moved the two there two years ago, because she thought it was a safe neighborhood.

87-Year Old World War II Veteran Robbed, Beaten
July 31, 2012 10:35 a.m.; updated at 5:59 p.m.
CBS Chicago

CHICAGO (CBS) – Three people, including two teenagers, have been charged with attacking and robbing an elderly World War II veteran Monday in the West Englewood neighborhood.

As CBS 2′s Derrick Blakley reports, Porter B. Cross, who turns 88 on Thursday, suffered cuts on his chin and bruises under his eye. The robbers smashed his glasses, knocked out his hearing aid, and broke his dentures in the assault.

The robbers took Cross’ wallet, but it had no money in it. He had about $27 in cash in his pocket, but the robbers did not get that money.

Yamauchi and Ichiro: Japanese Owner Who Refused to Ever Attend a Mariners’ Game Trades Player Who Refused to Ever Learn English

[Previously, at WEJB/NSU:

“Ichiro Milestone: ‘Ugly Japanese’ is First Player to Reach 2,000 Hits While Refusing to Learn English.”]

By Nicholas Stix

According to Seattle Weekly sports blogger Mike Seely, Mariners’ owner Hiroshi Yamauchi is a “clandestine mystery man” who has never attended a Mariners’ game, even when they played in Japan, and who has been obsessed with using the team to export mediocre Japanese, whereby Ichiro was the lone exception to the rule.

Yamauchi was born in 1927, so his owning an American baseball team and using it to dump second-rate Jap players on us, while refusing to attend games may constitute some sort of postwar revenge for him.

The Only Problem with the Ichiro Trade Is That It Didn't Happen Four Years Ago
By Mike Seely
Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 7:30 a.m.

For complete coverage of the Ichiro trade, be sure to see our story on the fate of the Ichiro Dog and Keegan Hamilton's take on Ichrio's first game as a Yankee and the legacy he leaves behind in Seattle.

Yesterday's trade of Ichiro Suzuki to the Yankees has struck most Mariner fans as bittersweet. Bitter because the Mariners' greatest player of all time is no longer a Mariner, and, worse yet, a Yankee now. Sweet because Ichiro will have a chance to play for a title contender before he retires, and that the M's at least fetched a couple of prospects in return. But had they traded Ichiro as recently as a year ago, they'd have fetched a lot more. And that's the real tragedy of the situation.

Sure, that's easy to say now, you might argue. But we said it in 2008, 2009 and 2011--and we'd have said it in 2010 too if redundancy weren't a concern.

In '08, we wrote: "While he's still the M's best player, his performance this season has been subpar by his ridiculous standards, suggesting that perhaps his best years are behind him. If Ichiro were to be placed on the trade market, he could likely command a slew of exceptional young prospects from, say, the farm system of the Red Sox, who are forever in an arms race with the Yanks...I'm not suggesting the M's trade Ichiro at all costs. What I am suggesting is that if they declare their intention to implode their current roster and start from scratch, thus ensuring that they'll waste the rest of the star outfielder's prime, they should at least open themselves up to the possibility."

Oh, the prescience! But by last year, our plea struck a more desperate tone: "The argument for keeping the 37-year-old Suzuki in blue and white is that he's the Mariners' main draw. Yet the Mariners aren't drawing anyone with him, and they're unlikely to be competitive until he's 40. Every passing day diminishes his trade value, yet he's still spry enough that the Red Sox or Yankees would be likely to expend a ton of prospects to get him. That's another thing: The Mariners' farm system is far from stocked...Trading Suzuki now is the one surefire way to toss more eggs in the spawning stream."

And no, yesterday's haul of two minor-league pitchers does not constitute "a ton of prospects."

When it comes to grading the Mariner front office, it's a simple matter of too little, too late. We're not privy to such insider information, but we imagine the worst owner in baseball, Hiroshi Yamauchi (who has never attended a Mariner game in person, even when they played in his native Japan), was the one who refused to deal Ichiro until he could only fetch dimes on his once-shiny dollar.

It's hard to decide what's worse: Having a high-profile idiot like James Dolan owning your team (in his case, the Knicks), or a clandestine mystery man whose lone baseball-related passion seems to be exporting his countrymen to the States to see how they'll fare. In Ichiro's case, the answer was: very well. But Ichiro's been the exception to Yamauchi's mediocre rule. Too bad the M's can't trade Yamauchi too.

Ichiro Suzuki Thanks Nintendo
Brian Ashcraft
July 23, 2012
Kotaku

After 11 seasons with the Nintendo-owned Seattle Mariners, Ichiro Suzuki was traded today to the New York Yankees.

During his Japanese language press conference, Suzuki expressed his gratitude to fans and to the video game maker. Suzuki specifically thanked former Nintendo honcho Hiroshi Yamauchi and current Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata as well as the CEO of Nintendo America. In the early 1990s, Nintendo purchased the Mariners—a controversial move at the time because the idea of foreign company owning a major league team upset many baseball fans.

Suzuki requested that he be traded because he felt that he was no longer of use for a young team like the Mariners.

"Thinking of leaving a team you've played so long for is sad, and extremely difficult," Suzuki said at a press conference today (via the Mainchi Daily News). "During the All-Star break, I had time to think things over. I decided there was no need for me on a team being built around players in their early 20s."

"Personally, I felt I might be better off in new surroundings."

Tonight, Ichiro took the field in a Yankee's uniform, bowing to the fans and slapping a base hit up the middle. There's no better way to say "thanks" than that.

Is Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher the black Bernie Madoff?

Alleged hedge fund manager Fletcher had socked his money away in the Cayman Islands, where his now bankrupt “hedge fund,” Fletcher International Ltd., was based. Have you ever heard of a non-crook doing that?

And with only $700,000 in adjusted gross income, last year he wanted to buy a fifth multimillion-dollar apartment in one of America’s most overprice buildings, The Dakota. When the co-op board turned him down, based on his apparent inability to pay for the unit, the former board president conjured up a race hoax, and sued the board for “racial discrimination.”

Last year, at Business Insider, Julia La Roche wrote,

The Firefighters' Retirement System of Louisiana and two other Louisiana-based pension boards, which all invested $100 million in the fund and were offered a 12% minimum -- "guaranteed" -- annual return backed by the holdings of other investors [emphasis by LaRoche], said they all want their money back.

LaRoche wasn’t implying that Fletcher’s “hedge fund” is, er, was, a Ponzi scheme, she was saying so. If you guarantee investors X% annual return, the return must be based on the investments you make with the investors’ capital. The return to one investor can’t be “backed by the holdings of other investors,” since that would make paying the promised return a mathematical impossibility. Paying “investor” A with investor B’s money is the Ponzi scheme model.

But the “hedge fund” went bankrupt, surprise, surprise, and Fletcher is now suing to prevent the liquidator from selling off its assets.

If this guy were white, there would have been a criminal referral by the U.S. attorney a long time ago. “Diversity” is rotting America’s economy, not just from the bottom up, but from the top down, as well.

Of love — and lottsa lawsuits
By Naomi Schaefer Riley
June 10, 2012, 10:36 p.m.; last updated on June 11, 2012, 12:15 a.m.
New York Post

We’re all supposed to get our day in court. But have you noticed that some people seem to get more than one? Take the power couple of Ellen Pao and Alphonse Fletcher Jr.: The American Bar Association should give them some kind of award for bringing so much business to the legal profession.

Pao has won a ton of media coverage for her sexual-discrimination lawsuit against her former employer, the venture-capital firm Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

After she went to work at Kleiner in 2005 as a junior partner, her suit alleges, another employee on her level began making “inappropriate” sexual advances, to which, according to her complaint, she “succumbed . . . on two or three occasions.” When she stopped sleeping with him, she claims, he engaged in a “consistent pattern of retaliation.”

[Clearly, the sexual advances were entirely appropriate.]

The lawsuit accuses Kleiner senior management of both ignoring her complaints about retaliation and discriminating against its female employees more generally.

Let’s leave aside the fact that three Ivy League degrees (from Princeton in electrical engineering and from Harvard for business and law) aren’t enough to teach a woman not to sleep with a co-worker, let alone one who is making “inappropriate” advances. [This is the only point of Riley’s that I don’t get. A co-worker is the best sort of person to sleep with, and eventually marry, because it is a person you see day in and day out, in stressful situations. Otherwise, you’re left to court strangers you meet on the street, in bars, etc.] Why continue working for such a company? Surely, even in the sexist world of finance, there are other firms that would value a woman of Pao’s abilities.

The story of a downtrodden secretary dependent for her livelihood on some letch of a boss this is not.

Sometime after her relationship with her co-worker ended, Pao married Alphonse Fletcher Jr. He got some press of his own last year when he filed a suit against the co-op board of the famed Dakota, on the Upper West Side.

Fletcher, a hedge-fund manager, wanted to expand his three-bedroom apartment in the building by buying an adjacent one. The board turned him down, saying it doubted he could afford a fifth unit in the building. (On top of his main residence, he also owns his mother’s apartment and two other units for employees’ use and storage.) That’s when Fletcher, who is black, sued for racial discrimination.

The board claimed that Fletcher’s tax returns showed only about $700,000 in adjusted gross income — hardly enough to foot the mortgage and maintenance on the units he planned to own.

Fletcher claimed he could have covered the bill with deferred compensation he was owed. And he cited racial slurs he said he’d overheard from other residents. Of course, they did elect him president of the co-op board, but that was probably just a cover.

Nor was this the first time he’d sued for racial discrimination. In 1991, he claimed that his bosses at Kidder Peabody hadn’t paid him what they promised. Arbitrators ultimately awarded him $1.3 million, but with no finding of discrimination. Still, why not try again?

These days, one might note, it looks like the folks at the Dakota may have been justified in their sense that something was fishy with Fletcher’s finances. Earlier this year, Louisiana filed a petition with the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in an effort to recoup more than $100 million in pension money they’d invested with Fletcher’s hedge fund.

Fletcher had offered the state a minimum 12 percent annual return — a deal The Wall Street Journal called “unusual.” In April, a Freedom of Information request showed that Fletcher was dipping into another one of his funds to repay Louisiana.

Getting dizzy? Wait; there’s more. In 2003, Fletcher settled a suit by a man he’d hired to manage his home in Connecticut. The guy alleged that Fletcher made sexual advances to him. (Before Fletcher married Pao, he was gay.) A few years later, Fletcher was sued by another property manager, who claimed he was fired after refusing Fletcher’s sexual advances.

Despite the legwork of reporters at the Journal, The New York Times and The Times-Picayune, among other publications, the details of much of this legal wrangling still aren’t clear. Maybe the Harvard Law Review could devote an issue to Fletcher and Pao next year?

Naomi Schaefer Riley writes frequently about religion, education and culture.

Abby Wambach Hit By Lady Andrade During U.S. Women's Soccer Match Against Colombia (VIDEO)

The Huffington Post

The U.S. women's soccer team walked away from its second match of the London Olympics with three more points (and six total) in the group stage and one black eye. That's because in the 39th minute, Colombia's Lady Andrade socked U.S. star Abby Wambach in the face.

The two were jostling for position as they ran down the ball. Andrade dropped Wambach, who began writhing in pain once she hit the turf in Glasgow. As play continued, no call came from the officials.

The reigning AP Female Athlete of the Year didn't stay down, though. In the 74th minute, Wambach scored her sixth career goal in the Olympics to give the U.S. a 2-0 lead. With that goal, Wambach broke the U.S. women's soccer record for most career goals at the Olympics.

But that wasn't the topic of conversation after the match. Instead, Wambach threw in her two cents on the hit. [Her two cents? That is completely improper usage. One throws in one’s “two cents” about the weather or the stock market, not about getting slugged.]

"It was a really terrible play," she said. "Dangerous and unsportsmanlike. I hope that FIFA will look at the play and decide if this is the kind of player they want in the Olympics."

Wambach also told reporters that Andrade kept taunting her in the second half and even tried to hit her in the face again.

For her part, Andrade didn't seem to be overly concerned with what transpired on the field, saying through an interpreter that "that's the way things happen in football." [Why would the attacker, who got off scot-free, “be overly concerned”? Besides, nothing "transpired" on the field; she did something on the field.]

Illegal Aliens and "Coyotes" Don’t Cause Mass Death, Bad Tires and Pursuing Authorities Do—Got It?

"This Monday, July 23, 2012 photo shows what remains of a 2000 Ford F-250 pickup truck after it crashed into a tree on the side of U.S. Highway 59 between Goliad and Beeville, Texas before 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening. By Nicholas Stix

In the multicultural media, as in the antiversity, one is obligated to lie about all matters touching on diversity… and everything touches on diversity. Thus, AP operative Christopher Sherman and the authorities he cites in his story below, will trot out any possible explanation for the deaths of 15 illegal aliens in a July 23rd crash in Texas, save for the truth: Loading up a pickup truck with 23 illegal aliens, and surely doing so on a regular basis, caused one or more tires to give out.

Crashes of vehicles overloaded with illegal immigrants moving north from the border occur periodically, often as they attempt to evade authorities.

Instead, Sherman blames the tires and pursuing authorities for causing such deadly crashes. So, why doesn’t he name the tiremaker? He knows he’s blowing smoke, but that would give his criminal clients yet someone else to sue: The tiremakers and the pursuing authorities.

What’s next? A directive from the John Doe calling himself “Barack Obama,” ordering all federal agents to refrain from chasing suspected criminal invaders, and pressuring, under veiled threats, all regional, state, county and local LEOs to do likewise?

Texas Truck Crash That Killed 15 Likely Caused By Tire: Official (VIDEO)
By Christopher Sherman
July 24, 2012, 5:18 p.m. est
AP/San Antonio Express-News/Huffington Post

McALLEN, Texas -- A pickup truck's front tire that apparently had come apart was likely the cause of a weekend crash on a rural South Texas highway that claimed its 15th victim Tuesday, authorities said.

The truck packed with 23 suspected illegal immigrants crashed Sunday evening near Goliad, about 90 miles southeast of San Antonio. Eight passengers remain hospitalized. Investigators were working to identify the victims, who they said are from Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala.

"More than likely the crash was caused by front right tire separation," Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman Gerald Bryant said Tuesday.

The investigation into the crash continues, and Bryant would not say if the tire was old and worn or if the separation was a manufacturing issue. He did not name the tire brand.

Eleven people died at the scene, including two girls. Four more died later at hospitals, including a man who died Tuesday.

Bryant identified the driver as 22-year-old Ricardo Mendoza-Pineda, who died in the crash.

Mendoza-Pineda was from Mexico, Bryant said, but he could not comment on his immigration status. Bryant said interviews with survivors indicated the truck was bound for Houston.

The Mexican Consulate in San Antonio had confirmed Monday that one 22-year-old man from Tamaulipas, which borders Texas, was among the dead. Bryant said he did not know what part of Mexico Mendoza-Pineda was from.

In a statement, the Guatemalan government said at least two Guatemalans died in the accident, a 27-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman.

Crashes of vehicles overloaded with illegal immigrants moving north from the border occur periodically, often as they attempt to evade authorities.

In April, nine Mexican immigrants died near the border when the teenage driver of their van crashed after fleeing Border Patrol. There were 18 people in that minivan.
In that case, six adults face a variety of federal charges and the 15-year-old driver was charged in state court with nine counts of murder.

Obama Signs Executive Order Granting Black Students Carte Blanche to Engage in School Violence and Disruption

Obama backs race-based school discipline policies
July 27, 2012, 118 a.m.
By Neil Munro
The Daily Caller

President Barack Obama is backing a controversial campaign by progressives to regulate schools’ disciplinary actions so that members of major racial and ethnic groups are penalized at equal rates, regardless of individuals’ behavior.

His July 26 executive order established a government panel to promote “a positive school climate that does not rely on methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools.”

“African Americans lack equal access to highly effective teachers and principals, safe schools, and challenging college-preparatory classes, and they disproportionately experience school discipline,” said the order, titled “White House Initiative On Educational Excellence.”

Because of those causes, the report suggests, “over a third of African American students do not graduate from high school on time with a regular high school diploma, and only four percent of African American high school graduates interested in college are college-ready across a range of subjects.”

“What this means is that whites and Asians will get suspended for things that blacks don’t get suspended for,” because school officials will try to level punishments despite groups’ different infraction rates, predicted Hans Bader, a counsel at the Competitive Enterprise Institute. Bader is a former official in the Education Department’s Office for Civil Rights, and has sued and represented school districts and colleges in civil-rights cases.

“It is too bad that the president has chosen to set up a new bureaucracy with a focus on one particular racial group, to the exclusion of all others,” said Roger Clegg, the president of the Center for Equal Opportunity.

“A disproportionate share of crimes are committed by African Americans, and they are disproportionately likely to misbehave in school… [because] more than 7 out of 10 African Americans (72.5 percent) are born out of wedlock… versus fewer than 3 out of 10 whites,” he said in a statement to The Daily Caller. Although ” you won’t see it mentioned in the Executive Order… there is an obvious connection between these [marriage] numbers and how each group is doing educationally, economically, criminally,” he said.

The order created a “President’s Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for African Americans.” It will include senior officials from several federal agencies — including the Departments of Education, Justice and Labor — which have gained increased power over state education policies since 2009.

The progressives campaign for race-based discipline policies also won a victory in Maryland July 24.

The state’s board of education established a policy demanding that each racial or ethnic group receive roughly proportional level of school penalties, regardless of the behavior by members of each group.

The board’s decision requires that “the state’s 24 school systems track data to ensure that minority and special education students are not unduly affected by suspensions, expulsions and other disciplinary measures,” said a July 25 Washington Post report.

“Disparities would have to be reduced within a year and eliminated within three years,” according to the Post.

The state’s new racial policy was welcomed by progressives, including Judith Browne Dianis, a director of the D.C.-based Advancement Project. “Maryland’s proposal is on the cutting edge,” she told the Post.

Dianis’ project is also a law firm that litigates race-related questions, and it gains from laws and regulations that spur race-related legal disputes.

“The combination of overly harsh school policies … has created a ‘schoolhouse-to-jailhouse track,’ in which punitive measures such as suspensions, expulsions, and school-based arrests are increasingly used to deal with student misbehavior,” claimed the group’s website.

This “is a racial justice crisis, because the students pushed out through harsh discipline are disproportionately students of color,” the group insisted.

The administration had previously advertised its support for the campaign to impose race-based discipline policies.

In February, Attorney General Eric Holder claimed that “we’ve often seen that students of color, students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and students with special needs are disproportionately likely to be suspended or expelled.”

“This is, quite simply, unacceptable. … These unnecessary and destructive policies must be changed,” he said in his speech, given in Atlanta, Ga.

Holder’s speech did not, however, include any evidence of discrimination toward any individual African-American student. For example, he offered no evidence that school infractions by African-American students prompt stiffer punishments than similar infractions by white, Hispanic or Asian students.

The progressive campaign to impose race-based rules on schools relies on various judges’ decisions, which penalize so-called “disparate impact” in hiring.

According to progressive lawyers, “disparate impact” may occur when companies or state and local governments hire and promote people at rates different from their percentage in the local population.

Because of judges’ decisions, juries can force companies and state agencies — such as city boards that hire police officers and firefighters — to pay heavy financial penalties to plaintiffs, even when hiring policies are recognized as color-blind.

When facing a disparate impact lawsuit, employers have to justify their hiring practices, for example, by showing that the job demands special skills possessed by relatively few members of a racial or ethnic group.

In 1997, however, the Seventh Circuit appeals court barred the practice of racial balancing in school discipline to avoid disparate impact lawsuits, said Bader.

Progressives say the “disparate impact” claims are supported by the 1964 Civil Right Act.

Critics, such as Clegg, say “disparate impact” law is used to trump popular and effective color-blind practices, such as civil-service tests by governments and employment-suitability testing by companies.

Another critic, David Rettig, head of the National Character Education Foundation, told The Daily Caller in February that apparently-disproportionate school discipline practices can be a reflection of local crime reports.

“Outside the walls of the school, how many of these kids are coming from not just dysfunctional homes, but homes that are not supportive of their children?” he told TheDC.

The most relevant part of this article is that which refers to the problem of 7 in 10 African-American children being born out of wedlock ... and presumably growing up in single-parent families. Yes, there are many factors that contribute to poor school behavior and performance, but this has to be a big factor.
So, the question is, how does one break the cycle of this self-perpetuating problem?
If the "progressives" are concerned about equal treatment for African-American children, then one simple, although expensive option is to "re-segregate" and create schools open only to African-American children, who would have only African-American teachers and role models.
If racial discrimination against non-blacks grows as a result of this proposed policy, then what's going to happen is that non-blacks are going to self-segregate, either by migrating to private schools for those who can afford it, or moving to school districts were blacks do not live. Sounds bad..doesn't it - not the social utopia that many aspire to, but it could happen.

Could it be that "disproportionate" numbers of black students are disciplined because they don't do their schoolwork, aren't attentive in class, are disruptive in class, and refuse to follow instructions, and try to be thugs.
But, yeah, de white man be holdin' me down!

How will punishment for infractions be administered in 100% black schools? Why would any non-black willingly attend a school with a significant black population? The TV series "The Wire" looks more a documentary every day.

renojmc
What then if they applied this to adults? It would mean that whites would get a prison sentence for a speeding ticket or a black rapist would be set free.
Truly insane!

Why would the President intentionally instigate racial turmoil? He has a reason. Who is he? When will we know?

It seems to me that Obama and the "social justice" progressives are cementing the view that blacks are an inferior sub-species of human being that is inherently unable to compete with the Caucasian and Asian sub-species. I also notice the propensity of Obama to blame everybody else and everything else for his political misfortunes, and how he likewise shifts blame away from the young black delinquents who populate our public schools and prisons. Their violence makes their schools unsafe, so Obama blames their unsafe schools instead of them. They refuse to take challenging college preparatory classes (or even do minimal work in regular classes), so Obama blames the lack of college preparatory classes instead of them. They disproportionately experience school discipline because they are disproportionately undisciplined, so Obama blames the resulting disproportion instead of their lack of discipline. They are overwhelmingly unprepared for college, so Obama blames everybody else for not preparing them, but not them for not studying. And since he cannot lift them up and make them equal, his policy is to drag everybody else down into their squalid misery. This is a perfect example of progressive social justice, Obama-style. Lawlessness, social disintegration, and revolution are the goals. Communism is the name of the game.

What-A-Mess
This is exactly why we will never get past the race issue. Even a black man now has stated that they are too stupid to conduct themselves in a proper manner.

Lower standards and racial quota's defined Affirmative Action. We intentionally and unconstitutionally , discriminated agains't our white fathers, brothers and sons, to provide more oppotunity for African Americans. Expect no gratitude.

How can this be under the 14th Amendments equall protection clause, surely a non black student facing punishment will sue and John Roberts will say it's not a punishment it's a Tax!

If he were truly interested in good schools for minorities why did he shut down the DC voucher program at the request of the NEA. Boehner restored it and Obama's latest budget would kill the vouchers again.

Time to pull your children out of public schools -- no equality no justice for anyone other than black students -- how does this make anyone a better person? How does this make a student succeed in the real world.

Jamgus24
all one has to do is go into a school and watch the white and black student's behavior. i've been there and witnessed it for several years. the majority of the whites don't cause the problems but the majority of the blacks are causing the problems, are the trouble makers and have little respect for the teachers, the white and black students and no respect for themselves. this is one of the most racist policies i've seen. but what do you expect out some of the most racist people like obama, holder and the entire obama administration. equal opportunity punishment. what a farce. obama HAS to be defeated in november

Once again, the majority will pay for poor decision making on the part of the minority.

I agree with President Obama about the race based school discipline policies, because many black parents have watched their child/children mistreated because of racial bias with nothing done about it and child is pointed out if the parent does complain about a staff person.

Diego Rivera: The Uprising

By Nicholas Stix

Beginning last Saturday night, July 21, Anaheim CA has endured four consecutive nights of rioting after police shootings that killed two Hispanics, Manuel Diaz and Joel Acevedo.

All that Main Stream Media initially reported about the Diaz shooting was that he was in an alleyway at 4 p.m. with some other men, all of whom ran when the police came, and that police believed that Diaz tossed a bag of heroin. However, a letter of correction from the president of the Anaheim police union published maintained that Diaz had acted as though he had a weapon and was going to fire on pursuing officers....

A story of life behind bars with Lemaricus Davidson

I never met anyone like Lemaricus

Kelvin Cowans

Kelvin Cowans is a writer from Memphis and a convicted felon. The story he tells is about a criminal East Tennessee is all too familiar with. It's the story of Lemaricus Davidson.

Cowans met Davidson in the West Tennessee State Penitentiary well before he was convicted in the brutal murders of Knox County couple Channon Christian and Chris Newsom in January 2007.

Cowans was a convicted robber. Davidson was doing time for carjacking. The two bonded on the prison basketball court and barber shop.

"I never met anyone like Lemaricus," said Cowans.

A friendship would form. But eventually Cowans would see a darker side of Davidson. A fellow prison inmate raped by his cell-mate rattled Cowans. Cowans said Davidson was unmoved by it.

"It was at that moment I knew something wasn't right about that cat."

And it got worse. Cowans remembers keeping Davidson from strangling another inmate.

After Cowans was released on probation, he returned home to Memphis and charted a new course. But that wasn't the case when Davidson was released from prison.

"I turned to CNN and here's Lemaricus in handcuffs and shackles. I'm like 'what in the world has he done?'"

Davidson had done the unimaginable. He carjacked Channon Christian and Chris Newsom from a Knoxville apartment parking lot. They were raped and murdered.

Cowans wrote to Davidson several times and asked "Why?". [sic] He never got a response. Cowans sent a final letter and told Davidson we was going to write a book.

Cowans penned the e-book, "The Most Evil Person I Ever Met. My Time in Prison with Lemaricus "Slim" Davidson."

Cowans says it was an attempt to provide a little more closure to those who loved Channon and Chris.

"Often times families never get a chance to hear what a monster was that killed their family because they say they aren't guilty then they won't take the stand.
When they are found guilty they won't address the court because they'll begin the appeal process."

Cowans is now using his story and the story of Lemaricus Davidson to touch other lives. He mentors young people in an effort to keep them from making bad decisions.

"When I look back on it, I never thought my life would come from counting ill gotten money to being a blessing."

Cowan's book is available at www.smashwords.com. He is donating part of the sales to the funds in memory of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom.

Greek Olympian is Punished for Failing to Celebrate African Invasion by being Thrown Off Team; Apologies in Vain

"Greek triple jumper Voula Papachristou, who has been dropped from the country's Olympic squad, for posting a racist message on Twitter"

"Voula Papachristou in action at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki earlier this year. She will not participate in the Olympics in London after being dropped from the Greek squad"

By Nicholas Stix

You must embrace the African invasion, and the cultural enrichments it brings, including black-on-white rape, polygamy, slavery, IQs of 67, and, yes, West Nile Virus!

Note that Miss Papachristou's effusive apologies got her nowhere, so if you're going to say something politically incorrect, kiddies, do not apologize, unless it was something that was not true north on your moral compass. Apologies never appease the commissars; to them, they are just blood on the water.

P.S. Didn't we recently endure the spectacle of an Olympics in South Africa, in which that genocidal regime was given cover by political and media elites, and the media even rationalized the vuvuzela terror, as South African blacks expressing themselves, which we were told they had a right to do? Whose eardrums was this young woman blasting?

Greek Olympic triple jumper sent home from Olympics in disgrace after she mocked African immigrants on Twitter
By Adam Shergold
PUBLISHED: 10:07 EST, 25 July 2012 | UPDATED: 11:22 EST, 25 July 2012
Daily Mail

A Greek triple jumper was today kicked off her Olympic team over comments on Twitter mocking African immigrants and expressing support for a far-right party. [N.S.: That is a lie. She did not express support for any party; she said she had nothing to do with politics.]

The Hellenic Olympic Committee said Voula Papachristou was dropped from the team 'for statements contrary to the values and ideas of the Olympic movement.'
Papachristou, who is currently in Athens, was due to travel to London shortly before the start of the athletics events but has now been excluded.

On Monday, she tweeted: 'With so many Africans in Greece... At least the West Nile mosquitoes will eat home made food!!!'

This is a reference to an outbreak of the West Nile virus, a potentially fatal disease transmitted by mosquitoes of African origin, in Athens this summer.

One man died and another 180 have been infected since the outbreak began.

She also re-tweeted a comment from Ilias Kasidiaris, a politician with Golden Dawn, criticising Prime Minister Antonis Samaras's stance on immigration.

It created a storm on the social network, with other users accusing her of being a 'Nazi' and a supporter of the extremist right-wing political party.

Papachristou later took to Twitter to try and defuse the row, saying: 'I apologize if I insulted people! I have no mingling with politics!!! I am only athlete!!'
But her comments were to no avail as pressure mounted on her to be thrown out of the Greek Olympic squad.

The left-wing party Democratic Left led calls for her to step down, saying 'racist humour and jokes' had no place in Greek society.

This afternoon, Isidoros Kouvelos, President of the Greek Olympics Committee, confirmed her expulsion.

Papachristou has since apologised again for her comments on her Facebook page. She wrote: I would like to express my heartfelt apologies for the unfortunate and tasteless joke I published on my personal Twitter account.

'I am very sorry and ashamed for the negative responses I triggered, since I never wanted to offend anyone, or to encroach human rights.

'My dream is connected to the Olympic Games and I could not possibly participate if
I did not respect their values. [What values? Corruption, bribery, and extortion? Rampant commercialization and exploitation?] Therefore, I could never believe in discrimination between human beings and races. [Are you saying that you oppose borders and the existence of white peoples, and thus that you believe in genocide against the white race?]

'I would like to apologise to all my friends and fellow athletes, who I may have insulted and shamed, the National Team, as well as the people and companies who support my athletic career. Finally, I would like to apologise to my coach and my family.' [She didn't say anything about athletes, and owes none of them an apology.]

The 23-year-old was not among the favourites for gold in London. She finished 11th in the European Championships in Helsinki earlier this year and was 8th at last August's World Championships in Daegu.

Her personal best in the triple jump is 14.72m and her season's best was just 14.58m, half a metre behind the favourites.

Her Twitter account has been taken down.

New York Times Report: Obama Completely Controls the Media

Posted by Nicholas Stix

The New York Times Admits That Virtually Every Major News Organization Allows the News to be Censored by Government Officials

The American Dream

July 24, 2012

In one of the most shocking articles that the New York Times has ever put out, a New York Times reporter has openly admitted that virtually every major mainstream news organization allows government bureaucrats and campaign officials to censor their stories. For example, almost every major news organization in the country has agreed to submit virtually all quotes from anyone involved in the Obama campaign or the Romney campaign to gatekeepers for "quote approval" before they will be published. If the gatekeeper in the Obama campaign does not want a certain quote to get out, the American people will not see it, and the same thing applies to the Romney campaign. The goal is to keep the campaigns as "on message" as possible and to avoid gaffes at all cost. But this kind of thing is not just happening with political campaigns. According to the New York Times, "quote approval" has become "commonplace throughout Washington". In other words, if you see a quote in the newspaper from someone in the federal government then it is safe to say that a gatekeeper has almost certainly reviewed that quote and has approved it. This is another sign that "the free and independent media" in this country is a joke. What we get from the mainstream media is a very highly filtered form of propaganda, and that is one reason why Americans are turning away from the mainstream media in droves. People want the truth, and more Americans than ever realize that they are not getting it from the mainstream media.

The following quote comes from the recent article in the New York Times mentioned above and it is absolutely jaw dropping....

The quotations come back redacted, stripped of colorful metaphors, colloquial language and anything even mildly provocative.

They are sent by e-mail from the Obama headquarters in Chicago to reporters who have interviewed campaign officials under one major condition: the press office has veto power over what statements can be quoted and attributed by name.

Most reporters, desperate to pick the brains of the president's top strategists, grudgingly agree. After the interviews, they review their notes, check their tape recorders and send in the juiciest sound bites for review.

The verdict from the campaign — an operation that prides itself on staying consistently on script — is often no, Barack Obama does not approve this message.

This is an article that everyone needs to read. If you have not read it yet, you can find it right here.

What all of this means is that both the Obama campaign and the Romney campaign essentially have "veto power" over any quotes from those campaigns that we see in the newspapers.

According to the New York Times, virtually every major news organization has agreed to submit their quotes for "quote approval"....

It was difficult to find a news outlet that had not agreed to quote approval, albeit reluctantly. Organizations like Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, Reuters and The New York Times have all consented to interviews under such terms.

This is absolutely disgusting, and it goes against everything that our media is supposed to stand for.

The following is what Joseph Farah had to say when he learned about this story....

All I can say about these people I once considered "colleagues" is that I am so ashamed of them. I am mortified. They are humiliating themselves and a vital institution for any free society.

It seems the biggest threat to the American tradition of a free and independent press is not government coercion. It's the willing submission of the press to being handled and managed by government and politicians.

Keep in mind that Joseph Farah has been working in the world of journalism for decades. He is deeply saddened to see what is happening to a profession that he deeply loves.

But he is not the only one.

Just check out what Dan Rather had to say during a speech back in 2009....

"At my age and stage I've finally reached the point where I don't have to kiss up to anybody," he said. "What a wonderful feeling it is."

Even so, his talk emphasized what he believes is the erosion of quality journalism, because of the corporatization, politicization, and "trivialization" of news. Those three factors, Rather argued, have fueled the "dumbing down and sleezing up of news" and the decline of "great American journalism."

Likening media consolidation to that of the banking industry, Rather claimed that "roughly 80 percent" of the media is controlled by no more than six, and possibly as few as four, corporations.

And Dan Rather is right. The control over the media in the United States is more tightly concentrated than ever before.

Back in the early 1980s, approximately 50 corporations essentially had nearly total control of the media in the United States.

Today, just six monolithic media corporations dominate virtually everything you watch, hear and read.

These six gigantic corporations own television networks, publishing houses, movie studios, newspapers, radio stations, music labels and video game companies. Most Americans are absolutely addicted to information and entertainment, and those six massive corporations supply the vast majority of the information and entertainment that Americans take in.

The amount of control that those six corporate giants have is absolutely incredible. For example, the average American watches 153 hours of television a month. If you can beam 153 hours of "programming" into someone's head each month, that gives you an awesome amount of influence over that person.

The six monolithic corporations mentioned above are Time Warner, Walt Disney, Viacom, Rupert Murdoch's News Corp., CBS Corporation and NBC Universal.

There are some areas of the media that are not completely dominated by those corporations, but even control over those areas is becoming more highly concentrated than ever.

For example, Clear Channel now owns over 1000 radio stations across the United States. The power that Clear Channel has over the radio industry in America is absolutely staggering.

Even control over the Internet is becoming much more concentrated. Giant corporations such as Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft are increasingly controlling what we see and hear online.

But it really is the "big six" that dominate most of what we see, hear and read on a daily basis.

In a previous article, I detailed a portion of the vast media holdings of these gigantic corporations....

----------------------------------------------------------

Please keep in mind that the list above is not exhaustive. It only contains a sampling of the companies that those six corporate giants own.

So are you starting to get an idea of how powerful they are?

If you ever wondered why the version of "the news" that you get is so similar no matter where you turn, it is because control of the news is concentrated in just a very few hands.

So who controls the "big six" media corporations?

Would it surprise you to know that the boards of directors of those big media corporations have a tremendous amount of overlap with the boards of directors of large banks, large oil companies and large pharmaceutical companies?

The following is from the Fairness & Accuracy in Reporting website....

Media corporations share members of the board of directors with a variety of other large corporations, including banks, investment companies, oil companies, health care and pharmaceutical companies and technology companies.

You can find a list that shows how these boards of directors overlap and interlock right here.

The giant media corporations are not going to criticize the establishment because they are the establishment.

The messages that these media behemoths pound into our heads are going to be the messages that the establishment wants pounded into our heads.

Anyone that believes that the mainstream media is "independent" and that it does not have "an agenda" is being delusional.

Of course it is also worth mentioning that much of what we get from the mainstream media is also often directly controlled by the federal government.

Former Washington Post reporter Carl Bernstein (of Woodward and Bernstein fame) has discovered that hundreds of American journalists have worked directly for the CIA.

Not that the federal government and the establishment are opposed to one another. The truth is that they very much work together hand in hand. But sometimes the federal government has slightly different priorities than the corporate establishment does.

In any event, the key point to take away from all this is that the news and entertainment that we all enjoy on a daily basis if very highly censored and very highly controlled.

It is imperative that we understand that those that own and control the media are trying to shape society in a certain way. They want to impose their values and their vision of the future on all the rest of us.

You will notice that none of the major news organizations speak out against the "Big Brother" police state control grid that is going in all around us.

Instead, they insist that all of this added "security" will keep us safe even as our liberties and freedoms are being badly eroded.

You will notice that none of the major news organizations speak out against the population control agenda of the global elite.

Instead, they insist that more "family planning" will help the environment and make the world a more prosperous place for all of us.

You will notice that none of the major news organizations speak out against the Federal Reserve and none of them are warning us about the financial collapse that is rapidly approaching.

Instead, they tell us to keep having faith in the system and they promise us that everything is going to be okay.

Well, you can mindlessly believe the corporate media if you want, but I believe that in this day and age it is absolutely imperative that we all learn to think for ourselves.

Don't be a mindless robot for anyone.

Think for yourself and make your own decisions.

The truth is out there and you can find it if you are willing to go search for it.
